Mr. Nitin Kumar Shantha is the Chief Information Officer of the Company, responsible for leading the IT and digital strategy and overseeing IT functions.

He brings over 18 years of experience in driving digital transformation across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Nitin has led enterprise-wide technology strategy and operations, championing innovation through analytics and automation in complex business environments. He is known for aligning technology with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and building future-ready organizations through cross-functional collaboration and global vendor partnerships.

Nitin is a certified SAP expert and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (Senior Management Programme). He holds a master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from Loughborough University, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
