Mr. Abhimanyu Ojha serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cohance Lifesciences. In this role, he leads the company’s global finance function, driving financial strategy, capital stewardship, governance, business transformation, and long-term value creation.

With more than two decades of experience across leading pharmaceutical organizations including Intas Pharma, Viatris, Mylan, Sun Pharma, and Ranbaxy, Abhimanyu brings deep expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic financial planning, business restructuring, financial governance, and operational excellence.

Having lived and worked across the UK, India, Romania, and South Africa, Abhimanyu brings a global perspective to navigating complex business environments, leading cross-functional teams, and driving enterprise-wide transformation.

A Gold Medalist in PGDBM (Finance) from IMI Delhi, Abhimanyu combines strong academic credentials with extensive global finance leadership experience.
