Mr. Yann D’Herve serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company’s CDMO business. He brings three decades of global leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and speciality chemical sectors, including more than 15 years of focused expertise in the CDMO industry spanning cGMP manufacturing, commercial operations, and executive leadership.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. D’Herve was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Evonik’s Healthcare Business Line, which includes its global drug substance CDMO platform. In this role, he led a global team of 2,600 employees across nine manufacturing sites and held full P&L responsibility. Under his leadership, the organisation underwent portfolio optimization, operational transformation, and customer expansion—including significant growth in new business wins with leading global innovator pharma companies.

His earlier roles at Evonik include Vice President of Sales and Services for Health Care, where he spearheaded commercial transformation and BD capability-building, and General Manager of the Care Solutions Business Line, where he led the integration of five acquisitions and delivered strong growth in high-value specialty ingredients. Across these roles, Mr. D’Hervé has consistently built agile, customer-centric organizations delivering results across small molecule, high-potency, and complex development portfolios.

Mr. D’Herve began his career in cGMP manufacturing, gaining hands-on experience in production and operations that continues to inform his leadership approach. He holds an MBA from Université de Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon, France.

Dr. V. Prasada Raju was appointed Managing Director of Suven Pharmaceuticals on September 29, 2023. He also serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Cohance Lifesciences Ltd.Dr. Raju brings over three decades of comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong credentials in strategy, operations, scientific affairs, and business development. Previously, he was Executive Director at Granules India Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy, managing the product pipeline, leading regulatory and intellectual property functions, and spearheading new business initiatives. He was also instrumental in setting up R&D and Greenfield manufacturing projects.
In his earlier roles, Dr. Raju served on the boards of several key entities, including Granules Omnichem Pvt. Ltd. (Vizag, India), Granules Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Washington, D.C., USA), and USpharma Ltd. (Florida, USA). He spent nearly two decades at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (1994–2012), holding senior positions with responsibilities spanning technical, strategic, and operational leadership. Dr. Raju holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Postgraduate Diploma in Patent Law, and has undergone specialized training in material sciences at IIT, Chicago, USA. He is also an alumnus of the Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC).
